Galerie Van Tripp is a mobile gallery showing the work of up to 36 artists. Once you have savoured the visual feast prepared for you by the gallery’s curator Donald Van Tripp you can relax and allow your taste buds to be tantalised in the comfortable surroundings of the gallery’s restaurant “Cook Au Van”. Here resident chefs Thomas Hien and Julian Gillespie bring together simple yet diverse local ingredients. Each dish lovingly created.
