Sufea Mohamad Noor has been researching the development of diversity and inclusion (D&I) terminologies since the beginning of her career. In 2020 Independents biennial, in collaboration with Metal Liverpool commissioned the development of research through a residency which will continue beyond this festival.
This weekend, posters resulting from conversations with Asian and East Asian artists and arts professionals will be published at poster sites around the city.
