Bandscapes, Barry Worrall

The first painting exhibition by Halewood, Liverpool, based fine artist Barry Worrall. Barry usually works with Multimedia music comedy and digital art, most notably towards his celebrated 30-minute film, Halewoodstock, which featured in the Bluecoat Gallery’s ‘Next Up’ exhibition in 2008, as well as ‘Honky Tonk Salloon’ also at the Bluecoat I 2011.

In a return to traditional art forms Worrall is displaying four Bandscape paintings, and twelve woodcut print at Smithdown Social.

Later in July (Dates TBC), he is also performing at a private view with original members of his band, Pontoon. The event will be filmed and displayed alongside screenings of Halewoodstock.
